After lunch, Ye Qing continued to read the remaining documents. By mid-afternoon, he had finished all of them, picking out another twenty or so useful documents to combine with those from the morning.

Having read through so many documents from start to finish, Ye Qing was quite exhausted. After organizing the useful documents, he did not continue reading but instead went to the courtyard to walk around and stretch his muscles.

While leisurely walking in the courtyard, Ye Qing suddenly heard the sound of hurried footsteps outside, followed by a few men's low exclamations.
